The new timetable has been published to the site and shared on the WhatsApp group. There are a lot of changes, with squads being renamed, sessions added, etc.

Our 2 time Olympian Kevin Williamson will take the High Performance squad every Friday morning. What a brilliant opportunity to learn from one of Ireland’s elite coaches.
